Greg Pember

Originally from Vancouver, Greg has been practicing yoga for over five years while maintaining a career as an actor/singer/dancer throughout the U.S. and Canada.  He completed his 200-hour teacher’s certification in an alignment-based Vinyasa style of yoga known as Blissology.  He harnesses his love for all styles of yoga to make his classes eclectic and unique while still allowing his students plenty of room to play with breath.  Greg believes that yoga is all about connection; Connection to body, mind, spirit, breath and heart. 

Every time we step on our mats we are given an opportunity to open, surrender and release our various levels of resistance so we can live and love fully and begin to see ourselves as the universe sees us: perfect, whole and complete.
