Shannon first fell in love with the Moksha practice in St. John’s, Newfoundland. After years of practicing on-and-off, she moved home to Cambridge in February 2017 and joined our team as an ambassador.
After a long battle with her mental health, Shannon found a home at our studio, and she knew immediatley that she wanted to be a teacher! She completed her teacher training in Kelowna, BC 2017 (thank you to this amazing community for supporting her all the way!) and has jumped into teaching, as well as a new role as Studio & Ambassador Coordinator at the front desk.
When Shannon isn’t at the studio she can be found hiking with her dog Lucy, or spending quality time with family. Shannon is a huge mental health advocate and encourages you to chat with her in the studio.
She can’t wait to practice with you in the hot room!
