Moksha Yoga Level 1 | Moksha Flow | Hands-On Adjustment with Yumi Chung

Chantal joined Moksha Yoga Cambridge in 2011 as an Ambassador and fell in love with the Moksha philosophy.  Encouraged by her peers and inspired to follow a teaching path, she attended the June 2012 teacher training in Victoria, B.C.

A passion for travel has brought Chantal to over 12 countries and counting!  Her drive to live life to the fullest brings an energy to each of her classes that is contagious.  Her life is busy with a full-time office job and there is always a dog somewhere in her day.  Yoga provides a balance like nothing she has ever experienced.  A bachelor’s degree in Psychology gives this ‘young at heart’ Yogini a compassionate and kind approach with her students.
