Christine found yoga at a time when she was looking for a little boost in her life, and began practicing in London, Ontario. Shortly after, she was introduced to the wonderful world of sweaty Moksha.
In practicing Moksha, Christine found peace in her mind and comfort in her body which she wanted to share with others. She took the Moksha Yoga Teacher Training in Toronto in July 2008, and has not looked back for an instant. In the spring of 2010 Christine trained under Janice Clarfield, obtaining her prenatal yoga teaching certification and also obtained her yin certification in the spring of 2011 with Bernie Clark. She opened Moksha Yoga Cambridge in January 2011, and has been overwhelmed with the support and love of the community.
Living in Cambridge, Christine is surrounded by the love of Rob, their little yogi daughter (and Christine’s greatest teacher) Norah, and their two sweet pooches, Maggie and Molly. Her main goal is to bring love, stillness, and peace to everyone’s practice both on and off the mat, and considers herself blessed to be able to share the joys and wonders of yoga with those around her.
