Haley discovered Moksha Yoga in 2010, and fell in love immediately. After a few years of practicing off and on, she committed to a regular practice four years ago and never looked back. Yoga has taught her to not sweat the small things, not take life too seriously, and to breathe. It has taught her to still her mind and focus on breath and the movement of the practice. It has taught her to try new things and not to be afraid of failing. Her time on her mat is a time when she can step away from all the thoughts constantly swirling through her mind and centre herself, get back in touch with her mind and body. With a regular practice she notices that all other areas of her life improve. Her mind is more clear, her body feels better, she is significantly less anxious and all around happier.
