  • Moksha

    A challenging, healthy all-level hot yoga sequence (linked with breath).

  • Barre

    Barre focuses on strength and stability, in your core, through powerful leg work, upper body toning and elements of cardio. We use hand weights and sculpting balls in this class. A great compliment to your Moksha practice.

  • Body Bliss

    Lowered Heat – Sweat and stretch in this gentle, slow paced class. Release tension from head to toe and leave feeling rejuvenated. 60 minutes of bliss for every body.

  • Strong & Slow Flow

    This class combines slow, controlled flow sequences met with the challenge of containment and muscle work. A great class to increase muscle strength and toning, while getting a great stretch.

  • 3×3

    A straight-forward sequence that combines the familiarity of Moksha Yoga with the challenge and cardiovascular element of Vinyasas. This class follows a specific pattern: 3 poses, (up to) 3 vinyasas. A true moving meditation that takes the guess-work out and allows you to tune into your practice.

  • Moksha Fit

    A breath-centered, strength-based fitness class designed to compliment your Moksha Yoga practice. This class uses resistance bands, an exercise ball, and bars, in order to work all the muscles in the body in a balanced way. The class moves through waves of effort and ease to leave you feeling both balanced and energized.

  • Moksha with music

    A challenging, healthy all-level hot yoga sequence linked with breath set to great music.

  • Moksha Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

  • Karma Class

    A $5 Moksha class on Friday’s at 8pm. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.
