Shine bright and glow gloriously from the inside out with a deeper understanding of the power of fermented foods gut health, brain health, immunity, fertility and so much more. By the end of this workshop you will be confident and excited about simplifying healthy and getting back to basics with your very own fermentation kit and easy breezy fermentation recipes. We will start this workshop with a gentle 20 minute energizing yoga practice for the gut and 5 minute meditation to prep your mind and body for learning. Rachel will take you through an in depth exploration of the ‘why’ behind nourishing your gut with fermented foods along with a thorough demonstration of how to make your very own Kombucha, Kefir and Kraut from beginning to end! You will taste a delicious selection of recipes to better understand how to incorporate these foods into your diet made and have the opportunity to make your own bottle of tasty kombucha (pick your flavour)!
