Roll + Stretch Workshop

Land on your mat for an hour of guided self-massage with therapy balls. Each class will weave together self massage with yoga postures and breath awareness for a blissful experience, all guided by Moksha Yoga teacher, Registered Massage Therapist, and Therapeutic Exercise Instructor, Marsha Jaworski.

Each week will have a different focus:
Feet, ankles and calves
– Hips
– Neck and Shoulders
– Hands, Wrists and Forearms
– Back
– Whole body Fingers to Toes

Thursday’s September 20th to October 25th from 8:00pm – 9:00pm
6 Week Session: $132+hst (members save 10%)
Single Session: $25+hst
