Therapeutic Exercise for Scoliosis

The curve of your scoliosis will be assessed in a one on one 15 min session with Marsha prior to class start date so that all exercises and breathing techniques are specific to your unique spine.
Over the course of 6 weeks, enhance your body awareness and learn breathing techniques and therapeutic exercises to help reduce pain and improve function. Learn simple refinements to make your existing yoga and fitness practice more beneficial.

Clients must pre-register for all 6 weeks. Non-refundable and non-transferable to other clients as exercises are specific to the individuals in class and the skills from one week to the next build in progression.

Cost includes 6 sessions and one-on-one assessment.
